How to use it
- In the "Meeting planner", choose where the time is set under "Time is set in": "Your time zone" or any city on your list.
- Pick a "Date" and a "Time". Every city shows that moment with its own date, and "next day" or "previous day" appears when the date differs.
- Read the bars. Each one marks "Working hours", "Early or late" and "Night" for that city, and tapping an hour on a bar moves the meeting there.
- Add more cities with "Add a city" below the planner, choose "12-hour" or "24-hour" under "Clock format", then click "Copy summary" to paste the times into an invitation.
Good to know
Daylight saving time is applied for the date you choose, using the time zone database that comes with your browser. That matters when places change their clocks on different dates: a call booked for a day after a change shows the local times for that day, not for today.
To find a time that suits everyone, set the planner to the city where you work, enter the date and look down the bars. Each city shows its working hours, early or late hours and night, so you can see at a glance who would join at an awkward hour. Tap an hour on any bar to shift the meeting there and every other city follows. "Copy summary" collects the times for your invitation.

How do I find a good meeting time for several cities?
Look for an hour that is marked as working hours for as many cities as possible, then tap that hour on a bar. Cities where the date changes are labeled "next day" or "previous day".
How do I add a city?
Type its name into "Add a city" and pick it from the matches. Your own time zone is already included, so you do not need to add it.
Can I send the times to the other people?
Click "Copy summary" and paste the times into an email or a calendar invitation. The summary lists the time in each city.
